1.滲碳鋼

滲碳鋼由于退火后的硬度低、塑性好,可以采用冷擠壓法成型,從而提高工效,減低成本。擠壓復雜型腔時,退火后的硬度小于100HBS;擠淺型腔時,小于160HBS,擠壓成型后,經滲碳、淬火和回火處理,表面硬度為53~62HRC。
