①在化學成分方面,含碳量(質量分數(shù))控制在0.30%~0.60%之間。過高含碳量,將使塑性下降,導熱性亦較差;過低含碳量,將使硬度和耐磨性不足。

If the carbon content is too high, the plasticity will be reduced and the thermal conductivity will be poor; If the carbon content is too low, the hardness and wear resistance will be insufficient.
鋼中常加入Cr、Ni、Mo、Mn、Si、W、V、Ti、Nb等元素,其中Cr、Ni、Mn、Si等元素除起回溶強化作用外,還提高鋼的淬透性;Mo、W、V、Ti、Nb等元素在鋼中形成碳化物,細化晶粒,提高鋼的硬度與耐磨性,也提高鋼的回火穩(wěn)定性和減少鋼的回火脆性。在熱作模具鋼中,Cr、W、Mo等元素的加入量較多,以獲得較高的抗熱疲勞性。
Cr, Ni, Mo, Mn, Si, W, V, Ti, Nb and other elements are often added into the steel, among which Cr, Ni, Mn, Si and other elements not only play the role of remelting strengthening, but also improve the hardenability of the steel; Mo, W, V, Ti, Nb and other elements form carbides in the steel, refine the grains, improve the hardness and wear resistance of the steel, and also improve the tempering stability of the steel and reduce the tempering brittleness of the steel. ②在組織要求方面,熱作模具鋼在服役時組織應為:回火索氏體或回火屈氏體或下貝氏體,或回火馬氏體+細小顆粒狀碳化物(一些壓鑄模具)。
② In terms of structure requirements, the structure of hot work die steel in service shall be: tempered sorbite or tempered troostite or lower bainite, or tempered martensite+fine granular carbide (some die casting dies).
③在性能要求方面,熱作模具鋼應具有較高的強度、較高的韌性、較高的回火穩(wěn)定性、較高的耐熱疲勞性、較高的淬透性、較高的導熱性、良好的抗氧化性和適中的硬度以及一定的耐磨性、耐蝕性。
③ In terms of performance requirements, hot work die steel should have higher strength, higher toughness, higher tempering stability, higher heat fatigue resistance, higher hardenability, higher thermal conductivity, good oxidation resistance, moderate hardness, and certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
④在承受載荷方面,熱作模具鋼承受沖壓應力、擠壓應力、熱應力、沖擊載荷和磨擦力。
④ In terms of bearing load, hot work die steel bears stamping stress, extrusion stress, thermal stress, impact load and friction force.


⑤在使用溫度方面,大多數(shù)模具使用溫度在300~700℃之間,個別在800~850℃之間。

⑥在具體使用方面,熱作模具鋼主要用于制造錘鍛模、熱擠壓模、熱鐓鍛模、精鍛模和壓鑄模。

⑦在然造工藝方面,熱作模具鋼需要多向鍛造,并反復多次鐓粗與拔長,以獲得均勻原始組織。

⑧在熱處理工藝方面,退火+淬火+高溫回火。除個別鋼外,大多數(shù)熱作模具鋼奧氏體化時獲得單相奧氏體組織,淬火后獲得馬氏體+殘余奧氏體。多數(shù)鋼還需在鍛造后予以去氫處理。
⑧ In terms of heat treatment process, annealing+quenching+high temperature tempering. Except for individual steels, most hot work die steels obtain single-phase austenite structure during austenitizing, and obtain martensite+residual austenite after quenching. Most steels need to be dehydrogenated after forging.
⑨在切削工藝方面,具有良好的切削加工性。一些鋼在淬火前可進午粗略加工,淬火后再進行深精加工。
⑨ In terms of cutting technology, it has good machinability. Some steels can be roughly processed before quenching and then deeply finished after quenching.
